New profile share page, server status widget & social media optimization

Hello everyone! In the last few hours there has been a lot of work on RL-Dev.de. Here is an overview of all the new features and improvements:

New profile share page: /links & /portfolio

• New one-page profile page at https://rl-dev.de/links and https://rl-dev.de/portfolio
• Customizable name, tagline, short description and about text
• Image uploads for avatar and about area instead of URL inputs
• 3D animations, glow effects and hover animations for modern optics
• View counter: Today & total page views

Server & Project Status Widgets

• New Game Server management in the admin area
• Live status check for Palworld, Ark, Minecraft, Hytale and other servers
• Palworld REST API with automatic port & password support
• Server status is displayed on the /links page and the homepage sidebar
• Project progress widget remains and has been improved

SEO & social media optimization

• Full Open Graph meta tags for Facebook/Discord
• Twitter Cards for Twitter/X
• JSON-LD Structured Data for better Google results
• New social preview image (OG image) upload field
• Facebook App ID stored for Facebook sharing
• /links and /portfolio are now included in the sitemap

Admin area improvements

• Game server admin page with dark, readable design
• Project progress in the admin now with range slider for easy percentage setting
• Improved caching headers so changes are immediately visible
